Order Status
Most download orders are emailed within 15 minutes if purchased between 9-5 PST Mon-Fri. If you purchase your download outside of that time frame, it may take an additional 4-6 hours to process. If your billing information isn't verified or you are an international customer, it may take additional time.
We are currently in the process of speeding up our downloads during non-business hours and strive to have a new implementation soon.
Immediately after the successful completion of the checkout process, your order was e-mailed to the address specified within the checkout process. If you don't receive it immediately please allow 1-15 minutes as sometimes it can take a few minutes for your payment to be processed before the order is sent.
If you placed an order by credit card and you have not received your download information via email within 15 minutes, this could mean that your order has not been charged. If this is the case, there could be security issues that are preventing the order from being charged and a secondary review of the order may be required, which will result in a temporary delay.
If you paid by Paypal, make sure that the email you entered during the checkout is the same one as used for your Paypal account. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side to verify your email address on file.

Click the "Register" link at the top right side of our site. Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.
Click the "My Account" link at the top of our site to edit your account information.
Click the "Forgot your password?" link at the top right hand side of our site. Then simply follow the prompts to complete forgot your password. That link will send an email to you with your password.
Orders are e-mailed immediately after the completion of the checkout. Please type your e-mail carefully during checkout so you can receive the order. To check the status of your order click on "Order History" on the top of the site.
